SARAH PITTSON

Build the organization that can carry the vision.

Big ideas need more than ambition. They need the right people, in the right structure, with a culture capable of carrying the weight of where the organization is going.I work with owners and executive teams to translate vision into the people, leadership, and organizational framework required to build it.

PEOPLE · ORGANIZATION · CULTURE · GROWTH

01 / THE APPROACH

What are you trying to build?

Before building the structure, we need to understand the vision.Where is the organization today? Where does ownership want to take it? And what needs to change in the people, leadership, and operations to make that possible? The work begins with listening, asking the right questions, and identifying the gaps between the organization that exists and the one the vision requires.

02 / THE FRAMEWORK

Building the structure to support the vision.

A clear vision needs an organization designed to execute it.I help translate that vision into a practical framework by aligning four essential elements:PEOPLE — The right talent, clearly defined roles, and leadership development.ORGANIZATION — Structure, systems, and processes that support efficient operations.CULTURE — Shared expectations, accountability, and a leadership environment where people can succeed.GROWTH — Sustainable execution, measurable performance, and the capacity to scale. The result is an organization where people understand their responsibilities, leaders have the tools to lead, and ownership can focus on the bigger picture.

03 / THE EXECUTION

Turning strategy into action.

A strong organizational framework only creates value when it becomes part of how the business operates.I work alongside owners and leadership teams to turn strategy into clear responsibilities, practical systems, and measurable action.LEADERSHIP — Equip leaders with clear expectations, decision-making authority, and the tools to develop their teams.ACCOUNTABILITY — Establish ownership of priorities, defined milestones, and consistent follow-through.OPERATIONS — Build practical processes and communication rhythms that create consistency across the organization.PERFORMANCE — Use meaningful metrics, regular reviews, and action plans to measure progress and identify where adjustments are needed.Execution is not a one-time initiative. It requires an ongoing rhythm of communication, coaching, measurement, and refinement. The goal is to create an organization that can operate effectively, develop its leaders, and move forward without every decision depending on the owner.

04 / THE OUTCOME

An organization built to move forward.

The ultimate goal is not simply to improve operations. It is to build an organization capable of sustaining the owner's vision. When the right people, structure, and culture are aligned, the business becomes less dependent on any one individual.OWNERSHIP — Greater freedom to focus on vision, strategy, relationships, and future opportunities.LEADERSHIP — Capable leaders who understand their responsibilities, make decisions, and develop their teams.OPERATIONS — Consistent systems, clear communication, and accountability that support the business day to day.GROWTH — An organizational foundation capable of supporting new opportunities without sacrificing performance or culture. The result is a business that can operate with greater independence while remaining aligned with the owner's direction. The vision remains with ownership. The organization gains the capacity to carry it.

THE EXPERIENCE

Experience shapes perspective.

My approach to organizational design was forged through more than 25 years in hospitality—an industry where the relationship between people, leadership, operations, and customer experience becomes visible every day. My career has taken me from property-level leadership into corporate performance, multi-unit operations, ownership relations, leadership development, coaching, and talent strategy. Along the way, I've worked with owners, executives, and operating leaders to identify performance gaps, develop talent, strengthen accountability, and translate organizational expectations into practical execution. The experience has shaped how I see organizations today: as interconnected systems where people, culture, structure, and performance cannot be separated.

It is operating infrastructure.

06 / THE PARTNERSHIP

The right partnership begins with a conversation.

No two organizations are built the same. The challenges, opportunities, and ambitions of ownership determine where the work begins.

The first step is understanding what you're building, where the organization stands today, and what may be preventing it from moving forward. From there, we can identify the priorities, determine where support is needed, and establish what kind of partnership makes sense.

Let's talk about what you're building.
